Our site selection services are complimentary for events with hotel accommodations.
There is no fee to you for site selection when your event includes guestrooms. We’re compensated directly by the hotel through a commission on actualized guestroom nights. If you're looking for additional support, such as event consulting, meeting logistics, or sourcing venues without accommodations, these services are available at competitive hourly rates.

No, we offer completely independent and impartial venue sourcing. We’re not tied to any specific hotel brand or group. Whether it’s a global hotel chain, a boutique property, or an independent venue, we source the best options based entirely on your program’s requirements, goals, and budget.

 Absolutely! We offer meeting space-only sourcing as part of our à la carte services.
If your event doesn’t require overnight rooms, we can still help find the perfect venue. Whether it's for a training session, off-site meeting, or board retreat, we’ll source meeting space that meets your specifications.

The sooner, the better...but we can work with any timeline.
Early sourcing gives you more options and negotiating power, especially for high-demand dates or large programs. That said, we’re also experienced with fast turnarounds and last-minute planning. Let us know your deadlines, we’ll source and hold space accordingly.
